Switching platforms?
Ask about a migration credit on your scoping call. Tell us the constraint and we’ll work with it.
Because the alternative isn't free — it's risky and slow. Paid onboarding isn't where we make our money; it's how we make sure you succeed. Moving years of residual history, wiring up integrations and reconciling agent pay is exactly the work that, done badly, costs you weeks of cleanup. Think of it as risk transfer: you pay us to take on the genuinely hard part of the switch and to stand behind the numbers before anything goes live.
“Free” onboarding usually means you do the dangerous part yourself. There's nothing wrong with self-serve — we offer it too, at no cost, for smaller, clean portfolios. But for a large book, “free” tends to mean templates-and-good-luck, where the migration and residual reconciliation land on your team. We charge for the assisted tracks because a real team does real work and stands behind the result.
Often, yes — and we'll tell you if that's the honest answer. If your portfolio is small and your data is clean, Starter (Launchpad) is built exactly for that. The assisted tracks earn their fee when the data is large, messy, spread across systems, or carries history you can't afford to get wrong. If self-serve is genuinely right for you, we'll say so on the scoping call.
Setup is scoped to your requirements and quoted on your scoping call — not a published figure. Your subscription can spread across a 3-month payment plan, and committing for longer brings it down: a year means you pay for ten months not twelve, two years nine, three years eight. Leaving another platform? Ask about a migration credit.
Your data is yours, and you can take it with you — the only lock-in is that it works well. We don't hold your data hostage; you can export your merchants, agents and history whenever you want. What gets harder to leave is the value: once your whole operation runs cleanly in one place, there's less reason to. That's earned stickiness, not enforced.
Because we reconcile them to the penny against your current system before you go live — and you sign off. We load your residual and commission history into the platform and run it in parallel against your existing system for a real period — every agent, every merchant, every split — chasing down every difference until the two match exactly. Only then, with your sign-off, do we cut over.
You get a dated plan at kickoff. Most assisted moves go live in three to ten weeks — Guided Launch typically 3–4 weeks, Concierge 6–10, Enterprise 10–16+ depending on scope. The range depends on portfolio size, number of source systems, depth of history and data quality, all of which we size before we quote.
There isn't any — you operate normally until the day you choose to switch. Because we migrate in parallel, your current system stays live throughout. Cutover happens when you're ready and the readiness checklist is green, typically aligned to a statement and commission cycle so the transition is clean.
You move up a tier or switch on more of the platform when you need to — not before. You're not buying a fixed package for life: start where you are, then add modules, integrations or services as the business grows. The 30/60/90 reviews exist partly to spot when something new would genuinely help.
Per workspace, not per user. Your plan's AI allowances — statement audits, copilot actions and the like — are pooled across your whole workspace and shared by everyone on it, so it makes no difference whether one person or your entire team runs them; you're all drawing from the same monthly pool. Need more headroom? Move up a tier or top up — the allowance scales with the workspace, not your seat count.
Tell us the size of your book and what you’re moving from. We’ll map you to the right package — pricing, allowances, and a dated onboarding plan confirmed before you commit.
