Channel partnerships
Add partners without a separate platform build.
A new partner needs access, branding, a route for applications and clear commercial terms. PilotOS already has the channel capabilities to manage that relationship, from onboarding through to reporting.

Does every new partner need a custom build?
No. Onboarding, access, branding, lead and application routing, reporting and commercial structures are already part of the product. Configure those capabilities for each partnership.
Does “standard” mean unlimited partners or no additional charges?
The channel capabilities are built into the product. Partner allowances, included features and charges depend on your package and agreement.
Can channel partners use our native app?
Yes. White-label native apps are available for staff, partners and merchants, with features selected by user type. App features, pricing and delivery are agreed separately.
How do commissions fit into the channel model?
You can configure a partner’s commercial terms within the channel tools. Residual reconciliation and commission processing depend on your selected finance modules. The Residuals Engine is an optional add-on.
